We are located on the second floor of Elevate Executive Suites in suite 211. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, and we also have an elevator for use. We have plenty of free parking in the front and back of the building.

The check in process is as follows: Ring the bell to notify us of your arrival, proceed to the elevator and go to the second floor. Kindy wait in the designated waiting area until you are called for your appointment.
